Anonymous asked: What you experienced sounds a lot like panic disorder. We just learned about it in psychology. It's characterized by random panic attacks with no reason or warning. It's linked to anxiety, you should probably see your doctor for a professional diagnosis, because there is stuff that they can do to help it. I hope it gets better! :)
